This is the number one question I get when I tell people my business name.

Obviously, I am ‘commitment coach’; but why the name?

To answer this question, I’m going to talk about each word on its own.

Commitment

Since Australia legalised same sex marriage,  ‘commitment’ seems to be a new buzz word. For me, it has always meant so much more.

Commitment to a healthier lifestyle

The simplest of things like eating a healthy breakfast, or making a conscious decision not to drink that glass of wine after a long day are small things you can do each day to commit to a healthier lifestyle.

My Commitment to you

Most of the clients I meet have tried and failed at maintaining their post 12 week weight loss challenge body. As your personal trainer, the tools I provide along with my ongoing commitment to you are ways you can keep that summer body all year round. It’s my passion to see you grow as a person and commit to life long change. Both physically and mentally.

And as for the coach part?

As your coach, I will provide you with the tools to train right, lose weight and feel happier about who you are and get you where you want to be.

Using NLP techniques is a large part of my coaching style. I will break you; you will love me for it. Once we’re done; we’ll laugh about it over that glass of wine. It will taste so much better now that you’ve earned it; rather than before when you would run to it as a coping mechanism to life.
