Pedometers and accelerometers track how much you move but they don’t tell you HARD you are working. Myzone measures your workout duration and intensity to track how much effort you put into your exercise. This data allows you to stay focused on your workout. Therefore allowing you to achieve your goals faster.

Unlike wrist worn lifestyle trackers, MYZONE is extremely accurate and inclusive of all exercise efforts. Whether you are doing cardio, group exercise, push-ups, burpees, lifting weights or cycling outdoors, the MZ-3 will give you the fitness credit you deserve.

MEPs are like a golf handicap on your fitness. When you earn these points, you can turn fitness into a fun and exciting game.
Not only does it track your heart rate and calories burned, but it is simple and easy to understand.
